Parent Meeting/Ticket Orders/Shirt Orders
Hard to believe, but the show is almost here!! Here are a few important pieces of information.
Mr. Moore has set up a meeting for all drama parents for 2:00PM on Saturday, March 23rd, right after practice. We will discuss props and other needs. (Any non-drama students or parents are welcome to help us, too!) Our spring break comes right in the middle of getting ready for the play, so we need lots of help getting things on track for the play.
Shirts: Forms to order show shirts will be passed out at the parent meeting. This year we have the regular show shirt as well as the “Property of Bomont High School” shirt we will be using in the show. Show shirts are $10 and Bomont shirts are $5. Order forms MUST be turned in at rehearsal no later than Wednesday, March 27th.
Ticket Sales: Advance ticket sale forms will be sent home with the cast on Saturday. Those forms can be turned in until the week of the show. Tickets will also be for sale at the door.
Thanks for all your support. It is going to be a great show!!

Show Week Schedule!!!
This information will be coming home with the cast today.
All rehearsals next week are at UC Clermont. You can drop students off in the circle or walk them in. If you park, please be sure to park in white spaces. Just a reminder, rehearsals are closed and no one will be permitted to watch.
There is no food or drink allowed in the auditorium. Please be sure your child has had dinner BEFORE you drop them off at rehearsal.
Below you will find the schedule for each night. Please be at UC by 8:45 to pick up your child, but also understand that we need your patience in the event that we run long. For safety’s sake, students will not be released until a family member comes to the theater to get them. We will not send them outside without supervision. If your child is catching a ride with another family, a note would be appreciated.
Monday 12/3: Rehearsal from 5:30-8:45. This will not be a dress rehearsal. We will tour the theater areas and go through the show on the stage.
Tuesday 12/4: Dress rehearsal from 5:30-8:45 Students will to be dressed in costume and ready to rehearse by 6:00. Hair and make up helpers should attend.
Wednesday 12/5: Full dress rehearsal from 5:30-8:45. This will be a full hair and make up rehearsal. Hair and make up helpers should attend.
Thursday: SHOWTIME!!! Report time is 5:00 for cast and hair and make up helpers. Box office and doors will open at 6:30. Showtime is 7:00. If you are not attending the show, students should be ready to be picked up between 8:30-8:45.
Friday: SHOWTIME!! Report time is 5:00 for cast and hair and make up helpers. Box office and doors will open at 6:30. Showtime is 7:00. If you are not attending the show, students should be ready to be picked up between 8:30-8:45.
Saturday (2:00 show) Report time is noon for cast and hair and make up helpers. Please make sure students eat before they come. Box office and doors will open at 1:30.
Students should be ready to be picked up for the break by 3:30. It is good for them to get out and get something to eat in between shows. It helps to break up the long day. There will be no supervision for the time between shows, so please make sure your child is picked up. Do not remove makeup or change hair as we will not have time to completely redo them for the evening show!
Report time for the evening show is 5:30. Hair and make up should only need to be retouched. Box office and doors will open by 6:30. Students will be released after the receiving line is completed, and they have cleaned up any messes and hung up all of their costume pieces in their costume bag.
Any questions, please call!!
